Graham Watson - Lib Dem conference shows we are addressing the real issues

Following the robust speech by Nick Clegg at the Liberal Democrats Bournemouth Conference earlier today, Graham Watson the Lib Dem MEP for the South West and Gibraltar - who has had a packed conference schedule - fully backs Nick Clegg's focus and dynamism for the Lib Dems addressing the real issues effecting the region.

Graham Watson said

"Nick Clegg's plans for our economy address the real problem people are facing today.

The Liberal Democrats have shown this week that we are the only Party to understand the real issues effecting people and wider society. People are rightly fed up with 10 years of bungling Brown. Lib Dems' tax plans will put money back in people's pockets."

Graham went on to point out

"Our commitment to the environment is long standing - not the gimmick politics adopted by Cameron's Tories."
